Long Islanders looked up at the sky on March 27 and saw an unusual sight: a Monster Moon. The rare occurrence, which resulted in a perfectly round, full yellow-hued, awe-inspiring sphere hanging above us, happens when the moon is perfectly aligned directly opposite Uranus and Mars.
