Good for either a quick slice or a full meal, this restaurant has a wide selection of bites and entrées. Similar to other Italian eateries, the menu centers around chicken, veal and seafood -- but Nick & Gina's goes beyond the usual (Francaise, Marsala and Parmigiana) opportunities with more unusual options -- such as the chicken Paillard (sautéed spinach, Tuscan beans), chicken Alforno (breaded chicken, prosciutto, ricotta, topped with mozzarella, creamy marinara) and the "Seafood Zafferano" (shrimp, calamari, scallops, Spanish onion, garden peas, penne in saffron butter cream sauce). There are also plenty of pasta plus a list of desserts, some of which are typical to the house cuisine (tiramisu, tartufo), while others are more akin to classic American dining (fudge brownie sundae, warm apple pie).
