Harbor Q is home to a menu of brisket, ribs and pork slow-smoked over a blend of hickory and oak. The restaurant, in the freestanding building, is decorated in the fashion of a re-furnished warehouse—lots of brick, wood and metal, plus windows seemingly cut into a former billboard. However, it’s more than just the décor separating this house of sauce from its competitors, with food selections like warm gorgonzola cheese fondue, chili in bread bowls, and egg rolls filled with buffalo chicken—taking the dining here to a bistro-class level.
