WHAT Susan Werner knows where she comes from. That's what her latest recording project is all about. (Werner doesn't do just CDs; she does projects.) This one's called, with affectionate good humor, "Hayseed." Of it, she writes on her website: "My parents are farmers. My grandparents were all farmers. My great grandparents on both sides, all farmers. . . . But me? Slacker. Drifter. Songwriter."...
