You've seen those World War II warbirds flying high over Long Island at the annual Memorial Day weekend air show. But ever wondered what it's like to climb into one?

You'll have your chance to get a pilot's eye view -- at least on the ground -- this weekend as the American Airpower Museum allows visitors to climb into the cockpits of warbirds such as the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt.
