Butter prints to baby cages: Old East End kitchens
Call it food for thought. More than 300 kitchen tools used in East End kitchens as far back as the 1600s are on display at the Clinton Academy Museum in East Hampton. From the useful (a massive six-burner stove) to the quizzical (a baby cage), such relics illustrate how the craft of cooking has evolved.
