Makeup Halloween party in Nassau

More than 1,500 adults and children came to the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Mineola for the Hurricane Sandy Trick-or-Treat Halloween Party, hosted by Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano. The event was designed to give children who missed out on trick-or treating due to Sandy a second chance to enjoy the holiday. (Nov. 3, 2012)
