Lullanest, a luxe new baby store, opens in East Hampton
The chic boutique factor in the Hamptons is a given but one little (and we mean little) sector of the population has been virtually overlooked ... babies. Now Lullanest, a luxe, all-inclusive baby merchandise store has opened in the East Hampton to serve the infant set.
Here, owner Katerina Williams, a mom who is expecting her second child this summer, has culled what she considers the most trustworthy products from the vast baby market. Parents will go goo-goo for the curated merchandise mix in the serene 1,100-square-foot space. It includes Bugaboo strollers and baby care creams and products from The Honest Company (owned by celeb mom Jessica Alba), along with Ergo Carriers, swim rompers and sun hats with UV protection, and even cool shades for wee ones … babiators.
Williams, an attorney with homes in Manhattan and the Hamptons, says, “While expecting I was thrilled to prepare for the baby …or as it’s commonly called, to ‘nest.’ But I found myself confused about which products are best for my little one.” To that end, she says, “I created Lullanest for parents like me -- those wishing to be guided through the nesting process by a team offering educated advice, and better, safer products for baby."
Lullanest is at 78 Main St. in East Hampton, 631-527-3507. You can check it out at lullanest.com.
