Help wanted: Roosevelt Field is looking for one savvy style blogger
Social media savvy with a great sense of fashion and good writing style? You may be just the person that Roosevelt Field mall (a Simon property) is searching for to become one of their Simon Style Setters — a fashion blogger for their national site who can spotlight ready-to-wear trends and provide a little in-the-know advice on looks and brands to Long Island’s lovers of fashion and beauty products.
Your job will start this summer, and your mission is to present a captivating fashion diary filled with your own fab, wearable looks, how-to-wear-it tips and news about special events and in-store appearances. Your rewards? Spend the day doing what you love to do best . . . shopping. Get insider access to beauty and fashion events, exclusive sneak peeks, a monthly shopping stipend (an unspecified amount, though we asked) and of course, a little fame.
To apply for the job, go to:
http://stylesetter.simon.com/blog/landing-pages/simonstylesetter/— they want your photo, your Twitter handle and a sample blog post. You can also check out the work of other Simon Style Setters at Simon.com — go to “Discover Style Setter.” There are already bloggers for Simon Malls in Boston, Philadelphia and Atlanta and the company is hoping to add 40 in total nationwide.
Be 18 or older. And get your application in by March 1 or before.
