Narciso Rodriguez looks for less at Kohl's
A favorite of first lady Michelle Obama and actress Katie Holmes, American designer Narciso Rodriguez is known for his sophisticated, feminine style. Rodriguez will be the latest high-fashion designer to reach everyday shoppers when he launches his Istanbul-inspired collection for DesigNation at Kohl's stores, starting at just $30, on Nov. 7 at 7 a.m.
