Tom Colicchio's Topping Rose House restaurant

On Sept. 15, TV's "Top Chef" superstar Tom Colicchio opens his newest restaurant, Topping Rose House, in Bridgehampton in a meticulously restored 1842 Greek revival mansion. The 50-seat restaurant showcases the bounty of Long Island's East End farms and has its own 1-acre vegetable plot. The eatery is only one component of a boutique hotel complex that will eventually include 22 guest rooms and a spa.
