Grabbing a table and having a full Italian-style entrée is not the real challenge at this New Hyde park ristorante; the real trick is getting a simple slice during lunchtime. The service is fast, but at times the take-out lunch crowd can be astounding, with pizza that is always highly-recommended by regulars. However, if you’d rather have a plate of veal, chicken or seafood, the menu features a list of these meats prepared in Francaise, Parmigiana, Marsala and other standard recipes. There are also some pleasant dessert options too, ranging from the expected tiramisu, cheesecake and cannoli to some surprising sweets like Belgian waffles and fresh fruit sorbets.
