Description:
While the facade of this 45-year-old granddaddy is new, the mauve interior, refurbished at least 20 years ago, has an early 1980s look. A family dinner (one from column A, one from column B) began with very good wonton soup loaded with roast pork, followed by a fine rendition of moo goo gai pan, a stir-fry of chicken and vegetables. Then came an especially vibrant pepper steak, the meat seared on the outside, juicy within.
