This plain-looking vegetarian spot features the bright flavors of Southern India. The namesake dosas, or rice crepes, may be had with all manner of vegetable fillings, most made with spiced potatoes. Try the mixed-vegetable uthappam, a thick rice-lentil pancake, and the bhel puri, a street snack of puffed rice with onion, tomato, chili and spices.
