This week, Peter M. Gianotti awards one star to Parlay Gastropub, a booming bar-restaurant in Rockville Centre he calls “true to its ‘In Hops We Trust’ motto." One dish he recommends is the “juicy onion-crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus.”
