Long Island Restaurant Week, slated to start Sunday, will be held despite the ongoing impact of Hurricane Sandy. From Nov. 4 to Nov. 11, more than 200 restaurants in Nassau and Suffolk will offer $24.95 fixed-price, three-course dinners all night, every night.
