This Saturday, Huntington’s 2-month-old gluten-free market, Eat Good, will be celebrating its grand opening. The store launched with one of Long Island’s best selections of gluten-free groceries. Two months in, owner Jennifer Keschner has added more grab-and-go fare, more freshly baked pastries, more paleo-friendly items.
