Topping Rose House, star chef Tom Colicchio's new showcase in Bridgehampton, now is open for brunch on weekends.

It's served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Colicchio, host of TV's "Top Chef" and known for his Craft restaurant empire, serves dishes that include lemon-ricotta pancakes with roasted figs ($18), mushroom risotto cakes ($18), a croque monsieur ($19), a frittata of sweet potato, Swiss chard and sunchoke ($18), and house-made pastries with fresh ricotta, and apple and cinnamon butters ($18).

Topping Rose House is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 5:30 p.m.
