Next Wednesday night, Oct. 24, Thom Thom in Wantagh will stage a game and wine tasting dinner featuring the vintages of Argentina.

The 5-course meal, at $59.95 a person, is as follows:

Tuna tartare with quail's egg

Wasabi yuzu / anchovy / rice puffs

Roasted quail

Fresh fig / Gorgonzola / balsamic reduction

Venison au poivre with Cognac cream sauce

Braised rabbit with black currant demi-glace
