Heirloom Tavern's juicy Berkshire pork chop is finished

This week, Peter Gianotti strikes it rich at Heirloom Tavern, a new gastropub in Glen Head.  Chef Kent Monkan earns three stars. Monkan builds on his success at The Brass Rail in Locust Valley as well as at Heirloom, its predecessor. “Basically,” Gianotti says of Monkan, “you can eat very well following the Huntington native around Long Island.”
