In today's Newsday, Peter Gianotti heartily approves of The Coast Grill’s remix. With new owners and a new chef, Brian Cheewing, the 25-year-old Southampton landmark is “once again a destination for casual style and very good American cooking.”

Joan Reminick reviews Max’s Kitchen in Oceanside, where they “serve up good old-fashioned comfort foods at moderate prices.”
