Southold chef competes on Food Network’s 'Chopped'
Tonight at 10 p.m., Stephan Bogardus will open his basket and see what misbegotten ingredients he must fashion into an appetizer. The 25-year-old chef de cuisine at Southold’s North Fork Table and Inn is a contestant on Food Network’s popular “Chopped” competition show. To read more about Bogardus, click here.
The show was taped in May 2012, and one of the ingredients was smoked tongue. Beyond that, Bogardus has been mum. Tune in to Food Network to see how he fares.
