Open in Lindenhurst: Hurricane Grill & Wings
A new branch of Hurricane Grill & Wings has blown into the Lindenhurst space that last hosted Cattlemen’s Steakhouse.
The tropical-theme franchise chain with a casual vibe is known for serving hot wings and cold beers. The newest location is equipped with 30 flat-screen TVs. And it offers something the others on Long Island don’t have — a waterfront location with outdoor seating and an indoor-outdoor bar.
On the menu: 10 wings ($9.99, served with two sauces from a long list), a half-pound burger ($9.99) and firecracker shrimp tacos ($9.99).
The place opens daily at 11 a.m. and serves until midnight Sundays though Thursdays, and until 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
Other Long Island branches are in Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, Syosset, Manorville, Garden City and Levittown.
Hurricane Grill & Wings is at 127 E. Montauk Hwy., Lindenhurst, 631-225-9464, hurricanewings.com.
