Marble and Besito debut new summer cocktails

Maybe a summer cocktail will help.
Marble Modern American Steakhouse in Floral Park and Besito in Huntington and Roslyn have concocted new ones.
Marble has added the "sweet corn sour," a union of grilled corn-infused bourbon, Tahitian vanilla, lemon and sea salt; the "summer basil," with Ketel One citron vodka, basil, lemon and simple syrup; the "Tulip julep," with Lucky Dog vodka, coconut-hibiscus syrup, almond and lemon; "garden variety," with Tanqueray gin, baby sugar-snap peas, cucumber, thyme, basil and lime; and the "cucumber cooler," with Hendrick's gin, cucumber, St. Germain elderflower, and tonic. Each is $12.
At Besito, there are three spins on the Margarita theme. The $13 Market Margarita features Corzo reposado tequila, triple sec, agave nectar, pineapple juice, cilantro, jalapeño and freshly squeezed lime juice; the $12 La Sandia, made with Casa Noble blanco tequila, Cointreau. fresh watermelon, agave nectar and lime juice; and the $13 Margarita de Tamarindo, which stars Herradura blanco tequila, tamarind puree, passion fruit puree, agave nectar, lime juice and a chipotle-salted rim.
