Mirabelle and Mirabelle Tavern live high on the hog tomorrow.
The two stellar eateries at the Three Village Inn will jointly host a harvest pig roast, starting at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $55 for adults, $20 for children.
Chef Guy Reuge's special menu is highlighted by suckling pig cooked on a spit, grilled chorizo sausage, Espelette-pepper rubbed chicken, and prawns finished with herbs and garlic.
Side dishes include Iberico ham, cod brandade, roasted potatoes, smoked tomatoes-and-squid salad, corn salad, and creamed cucumbers. For dessert: crème caramel, apple galette, pears and plums in syrup, and cookies.
It's all served with unlimited wine, beer and sangria.
