Millennium Chicken III lands in Hicksville

Millennium Chicken, a Peruvian restaurant based in Valley Stream with an offshoot in Elmont, just opened its third location, this one in Hicksville. Owner Nury Burbon said the place has seating for 145, a full bar and table service.

On the menu: a whole rotisserie-roasted chicken with rice and beans or fries and a salad ($13); chaufa de pollo, or chicken fried rice ($12); and arroz con camarones, or yellow rice with shrimp ($15).

The new Millennium Chicken is at 275 W. Old Country Rd., Hicksville, 516-935-3846.
