Lotus East in St. James becomes Maru Asian Cuisine

Maru Asian Cuisine is the new name of the longtime St. James Chinese restaurant Lotus East. While the ownership has changed and a new Asian fusion chef has come on board, the original chef remains, as do all the dishes on the old menu. At the same time, several Asian fusion and Japanese dishes have been added.
