This summer it’s hard to swing a cat on Long Island without hitting a lobster special. Here are our two newest discoveries, both on Wednesday nights:

The restaurant at Fox Hollow serves steamed or broiled 1¼ -pound lobsters for $24, 2-pounders for $42. You also get soup (French onion or clam chowder), salad (house or Caesar), vegetable and rice or potatoes. For $44 you can have your 2-pounder stuffed with crabmeat or Fra Diavolo-style, served over linguine.
