Lemon Leaf Thai Cuisine in downtown Smithtown has closed. The modest-looking place, which opened last summer, didn't make it to its first anniversary.
Lemon Leaf was affiliated with Lemon Leaf Thai Restaurant in Mineola, which remains open.
