Hibachi and sushi roll into Lynbrook
From the sushi bar come such items as tuna tataki ($10), a yellowtail jalapeño roll ($6), a Sunrise roll fashioned of spicy tuna with tempura flakes and avocado ($12) and a sushi regular combo platter ($18). Kitchen dishes include tofu teriyaki ($14) and chicken tempura ($15).
In the hibachi-style dining room, furnished with eight tables, chefs create culinary theater using knives, spatulas and fire. Among choices: hibachi-style chicken ($16), sirloin steak ($19) and scallops ($19), as well as various combinations. Hibachi dinners come with clear soup, a green salad, hibachi shrimp, hibachi vegetables and white rice. For an extra $3, you can upgrade to vegetable fried rice or noodles.
