Who says there’s no such thing as a meal deal in the Hamptons during the height of the summer season? Check out the three-course $25 prix-fixe at Georgica Restaurant & Lounge in Wainscott, available every Sunday, Monday and Thursday from 6 to 10:30 p.m.
Among options are a starter of white-truffle five-cheese ravioli with Gouda cream and fresh sage, followed, perhaps, by a main course of grilled marinated pork tenderloin with honey and Kentucky Bourbon glazed apples. Dessert is chef's choice.
