Fire sidelines Poco Loco in Roslyn
Devotees of Poco Loco, a Mexican restaurant in Roslyn, will have to wait a few weeks before returning for a fajita-and-Margarita fix.
The casual, colorful spot recently had a kitchen fire. Harendra Singh, president of the Singh Hospitality Group, which owns Poco Loco, said that it is undergoing renovation (mostly in the kitchen) and should soon be opening in a “new and improved” state.
Poco Loco is at 1431 Old Northern Blvd, Roslyn, 516-621-5626, pocolocorestaurant.net
