Tequila is the theme of a dinner to be held at CaraCara Mexican Grill Thursday at 6:30 p.m. At that time, a representative from Tequila Avión will give a brief discussion on the tequila being served with the four-course meal.

At $39.95 a person, it begins with a Tequila Avión margarita and guacamole, to be followed with chipotle corn and bacon soup and a main course choice such as roasted salmon with chile Morita and lemon tequila cream sauce. For dessert, there’s pumpkin flan. A tequila drink is paired with each course.

For reservations, call 516-777-2272. CaraCara Mexican Grill is at 354 Main St., Farmingdale, caracaramex.com.
