Call for entries: Kosher BBQ contest

Long Island’s first kosher barbecue battle will be waged on Sunday, June 10, at Temple Beth Torah in Westbury, and this is your official invitation to compete.
The event is modeled after and sanctioned by the ASBEE World Kosher BBQ Championship in Memphis, Tenn. Teams will compete in three culinary categories, brisket, beef ribs and beans, as well as for best booth and best team name.
