This week, Friday is game night at the new West East All Natural Bistro & Bar in Hicksville, the reincarnation of West East Bistro.

West East's five-course dinner includes alligator tail stir fry with crawfish tails, sweet chiles and Thai basil-tomato foam; Sichuan-inspired wild boar stew; marinated and grilled kangaroo medallions; "Cantonese"-style roast goose; and "mango madness," with sticky rice and coconut milk.

The wines include an albarino from Spain, periquieta from Portugal, malbec riserva from Argentina, a red blend from Bordeaux and pear wine from Japan.

The restaurant's wild-game-and-wine tasting starts at 7 p.m. Cost: $57, plus tax and tip. Reservations are required.
