A loss for LI: Chef Hal Goldman dies

Wednesday was a sad day for the Long Island restaurant community, who lost one of their own. Hal Goldman, best known as chef-owner of the former Jackson Landing in Bellmore, died this morning of pancreatic cancer at the age of 44. To read the obituary, click here.
