An aura of authenticity informs this charming Spanish tapas and wine bar. Start with a platter of meats and cheeses and sip some sangria or wine. Co-owner and host Julio Caro is offering every couple a free bottle of a selected red or white on Valentine's Day. A list of special entrees, such as lobster and filet mignon, will be available.
