Normally, that sounds like something you want nothing to do with. But, those are just a few of the techniques used in mixed martial arts, the fastest growing sport in America these days.

MMA is comprised of elements from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, submission grappling, judo and karate. These places, listed alphabetically, offer instruction on multiple disciplines in the mixed martial arts.
