I.Fly trapeze school moves to Rockville Centre

Quick ReadI.Fly trapeze schools reopened in Rockville Centre for its fourth season, teaching students how to soar through the sky.

When Reneé Fishman needs to release stress, she doesn't get a massage or take a bubble bath.

She gets on a trapeze 23 feet above the ground.

"It's very liberating to be able to fly through the air like that. It gives you a little bit of a rush," says Fishman, 34. "Each time you go up the ladder and step off the board, you're in the air for a brief time, but it makes an impact."
