When Reneé Fishman needs to release stress, she doesn't get a massage or take a bubble bath.
She gets on a trapeze 23 feet above the ground.
"It's very liberating to be able to fly through the air like that. It gives you a little bit of a rush," says Fishman, 34. "Each time you go up the ladder and step off the board, you're in the air for a brief time, but it makes an impact."
