This kid- and family-friendly “Buy fresh, buy local”-themed, three-maze park ($10, free 2 and younger) requires you to search out interactive stations and complete tasks. For example, create a pumpkin face and then learn its name. Or, paint your fingers and find out your lucky food using your color choices. And, if you like real head scratchers, visit the 7-acre, text-friendly maze to learn about eating healthy and buying local. 12 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Pumpkins 65 cents per pound; 75 cents each for ornamental gourds.
Also Has Roasted corn ($3), snacks and fresh-baked pies; U-pick apples in 11 varieties, including Macoun, Jonagold and Fuji.
