There is nothing quite like New York at Christmas.

This year, the Empire State Building is teaming up with radio giant Clear Channel for its first-ever Christmas light show series.

Beginning Friday, Dec. 20 at 7 p.m., the skyscraper's lights will move along to a Christmas medley, which spectators can tune into on 106.7 Lite FM.

The best  public viewing locations include NYC spots like the Brooklyn Bridge, Bryant Park and the High Line, but if you and your family don't feel like making the trek into Manhattan, you can catch a video of the spectacle immediately after the show on the Empire State Building's YouTube channel.

A new light show will debut each night through Monday, Dec. 23.
