Just like everything else, it looks like chore charts have gone digital.

With the ChoreMonster app, available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, parents can assign chores to their kids and set a chore due date. If the job is completed on time, kids earn points that can be redeemed for a reward of their parents' choice, like a family camping trip or a new toy.

To encourage kids in the time between rewards, the app also allows kids to earn access to digital monster pals that they can interact and play with on screen.
