Chef Lisa Basini — also known as The Baking Coach — visited us at Eastport Elementary School. We were all excited to meet her. She is the owner of The Baking Coach in Huntington. She enjoys teaching kids and adults how to bake there.

She told us that her favorite thing to bake is cheesecake. She also told us that she likes to make fondue. She said the hardest thing for her to make is souffle....
