Halloween strategies from LI kids

Candy and costumes are the dual C's of Halloween. But collecting that candy and coming up with those costumes requires another C: Creativity. We asked kids around the Island for their strategies for ensuring that this will be their best Halloween yet. Here's advice from some of them. --Compiled by Beth Whitehouse
