Santa Claus made it to the reviewing stand in front of Macy's on 34th Street once again, bringing to a close the Thanksgiving Day Parade, 2008, that included the Copiague High School Marching Band. His arrival after a trip from Central Park West down Broadway signals the commercial start of the winter holidays.
