WHEN/WHERE 7-11 p.m. Friday, 6-11 p.m. Saturday and 6-10 p.m. Sunday and Halloween, Oct. 14-16, 21-23, 28-31 (not so scary house 3-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday), rain dates are Nov. 4 and 5.

INTENSITY Very scary, gory, bloody, live characters, loud sounds, flashing light, smoke and fog; "Not So Scary" house is still mildly scary, but no live characters.
This theatrical haunted house is peopled by neighbors who started out wanting to have fun and it exploded from there. It used to be a front and backyard affair, but this year has been moved to a larger location. Expect even more actors, scary scenes and mazes. Takes 30-plus minutes to complete. At the busiest, expect to wait 45 minutes or less. There is impromptu entertainment while you wait. Have your tarot cards read and enjoy a mini concession stand. Previous charities have included the local ambulance company and children with disabilities.
