Type: B&B/Inn Special features: Free breakfast Price range: $$$ (Expensive) Description:

This 1798 farmhouse is located at Wickham's Fruit Farm. If Prudence Wickham-Searle is out planting hydrangeas, leave a message and she will get back to you. The house can accommodate only two couples at a time.

Wake up to fresh-made doughnuts or even pie from Wickham's farm stand (there's no hot breakfast at present) and gather raspberries, blueberries or apples, depending on the season. Wickham-Searle is planting many varieties of hydrangeas and in about 2 1/2 years, she said, she will have "a really good crop" of them, a veritable hydrangea farm, ready for cutting. "Nobody wants to cut their own bushes, because it will ruin them," Wickham-Searle explained. Here, they will be able to.

One of the barns will be transformed into a party space by that time, so that, for a wedding, the bride and groom could stay at Freddy's House and throw a garden party for 300.
