Bread & Butter Bistro held its grand opening on March 14, and then stayed open for a grand 68 hours straight. A business stunt perhaps? Not at all, as this new restaurant and bar will be ready to serve customers around the clock Thursday thru Saturday every week, all 24 hours each of those days.

Located at the Holtsville Ramada Hotel in the space formerly home to Yogi’s All American Grill...
