Although the sign above the door says “Toast & Tapas,” the name at this Syosset stop is still technically “Americana Kitchen & Bar,” or “516” . . . until Tuesday, anyway.
The venue still known as (but soon to be “formerly” known as) Americana Kitchen & Bar was previously known as 516, with that numerical ID remaining evident in the form of never-replaced, highway sign-shaped marquees...
